Clinic Manager
£20,000 – £25,000 per year.

Following recent expansion we are looking for a confident, highly-organised and friendly manager to head up our new Skin Clinic in Witney. The successful candidate, will be responsible for co-ordinating all activity within the practice. Key responsibilities include; understanding patient needs and treatments, answering questions and converting enquiries into appointments. Using computer based systems to book and record treatment details, handle payments, update basic accounting records, manage stock, grow sales of skin care products and implement local marketing initiatives. The Manger will report to the Qutis Ltd. group managing director and work with other fellow directors as a key part of a new team. Some aesthetic or beauty experience would be valuable but not vital.
Aesthetic Therapist (Aesthetician)

We are looking for a caring & client focused aesthetician who is interested in appearance based therapies to join our medical aesthetics team at our new advanced skin clinic in Witney.
The aesthetician will perform laser/IPL hair removal treatments, skin rejuvenation treatments, as well as medical facials to Qutis clients. Our aestheticians will attend a laser core of knowledge training day in order to comply with cosmetic laser regulations. They must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to learn further laser treatment offerings as new technology develops. They must possess good communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide skin health to meet the needs of our clients. All training will be provided, no experience is necessary, but could be an advantage.
Receptionist/ Patient Co-ordinator

You will be the first person that a client meets or speaks to on the phone. It is important that you make a good first impression and develop a rapport with people to make them feel looked after and at ease. We are looking for a customer focused, personable team member with an excellent phone manner for our new advanced skin clinic in Witney. Preferred candidates will be IT literate with GCSEs in Maths & English
